 Big Stripe is a large, oblong stripe averaging up to 30 pounds. The rind has a light green background with darker green stripes. The rind color holds well and is slow to fade. This is a nice high yielding watermelon. It features vigorous plants that provide good cover for fruit. Flesh is red and very sweet sweet. Tolerant to Fusarium Wilt. Good shipper. Big Stripe could be very helpful in areas where larger size watermelons are desired.  85 days.
