This great vegetable was developed in Asia MANY years ago and is now used in Chinese, Korean and Japanese cuisine.  There are several varieties and through the years they have had some name changes.  Ours is normally know as "Bok Choy".  Its wonderful steamed or used in stir fry.  Easy to grow from seed.
