These hot, deep red, 3 inch fruits grow pointing upwards in a bouquet form that resembles a poinsettia flower. This pepper is a very edible ornamental variety. The long thin 3 inch fruits which resemble an eagles claw, grow upright in clusters on a compact plant forming a dramatic display. They maturs from light green to a range of reds.  The peppers have a very intriguing hot flavor, eaten fresh or dried for hot pepper powder and flakes.  Ready to harvest in 85 days from transplants.
