In our opinion Black Brandywine is one of the best of the "black" tomatoes.  Like its cousin, the Pink Brandywine they are large, coming in at 1 to 1 1/2 pounds and VERY tasty!   "Black" tomatoes are not actually black but are amber colored.  Most of the "black" varieties come from Russia but this one has its origins in the good old USA.  Indeterminate vines.  80 to 85 days from transplants.
