What can you say about this delicious cucumber?  Well actually there is a lot to say.  First its expesive, secondly it is a great prodcer beause it has  mostly female blooms  and thirdly it tastes great! The skins are very thin so you can normally eat it without peeling!  Most people pick them at about 5 or 5 1/2 inches but they are great up to 7 1/2 inches long.  Its no wonder Beth Alpha is a parent to MOST of the new hybreds on the market.
