If you have never grown this distinct variety you are in for quiet a treat. If you are a fan of this early, prolific, semi-bush type pea no description is necessary!. The pods are 6 to 8 inches long, medium size, slightly curved with small white, kidney shape peas with an orange eye. An old Southern favorite. Cook them with some onions, garlic and pork fat. 56 to 60 days.

I had not grown any Texas cream peas before now so I am looking forward to growing harvesting and canning these for my family. We love peas and these seemed like a natural addition to the garden to give us more variety in our canned goods pantry. The seeds look fresh and wonderful and the fact that they are all organic non GMO open pollinated excited me- they arrived promptly in time for planting. I will buy from seed kingdom again- great service!
