This is the yellow version of the famous "Horn of the Bull" Italian pepper that is very popular in Italy but is seldom seen in the yellow version in North America. This pepper is great when used in salads or eaten fresh but the traditional way of using them is fried. Plants are 20 to 30 inches tall and extremely sturdy.
