Georgia Southern Collard Greens was introduced by the Ferry Morse Seed Company. Being a Cabbage relative it tolerates cool weather well and is one of the few collard varieties that will tolerate heat. It is the favorite choice for The South. The plants produce large open heads of thick blue-green flavorful leaves. It's rich in vitamins and excellent for cooking or freezing.
